Artichoke Green Chile Parmesan Dip

Includes the classic artichoke green chile cheese dip recipe and a lower fat version that eliminates the cheddar cheese topping and substitutes low fat yogurt and fat free mayonnaise for the regular mayonnaise.

Low Fat Artichoke Green Chile Dip Ingredients
2/3 cups of fat free mayonnaise
1/2 cup of plain low fat yogurt
14 ounces of artichoke hearts
1 can of chopped green chiles
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce
6 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (mix in)
2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (topping)

Low Fat Artichoke Chile Dip Instructions
Mix and make as in above recipe, except sprinkle parmesan cheese topping on after baking and broil 1 or 2 minutes to brown.
